Fast forward to June 2020… D&G is STILL blocked on Tmall.

But, Taobao sellers are getting creative.

In an effort to clear out the leftover D&G products, merchants are purchasing keywords that aren’t yet blocked by the platform….

The search index for “Dolce Cabbana” is now HIGHER than the original brand name “Dolce Gabbana”!
